Julie Robb

About

Julie is an accredited mediator and lawyer with over 35 years’ experience in commercial and intellectual property dispute resolution. She is Deputy Chair of the ADR Committee of the Law Society of New South Wales and an Adjunct Lecturer in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution at the College of Law.

In 2024, Julie re-focussed her practice from representing clients in Supreme and Federal Court litigation to assisting parties to resolve their conflicts by facilitated negotiation, a process that – unlike court proceedings – enables them to create bespoke solutions that meet their interests efficiently and affordably and can preserve relationships.

In 2026 Julie was named the Australian Disputes Centre ADR Practitioner of the Year.
