David Bryson

David Bryson is a senior consultant with Resolve Advisors. He has over 25 years of experience as a workplace facilitator, mediator, conciliator, trainer, dispute resolution adviser and conflict coach. His specialty is in the public and tertiary sectors focussing on capacity building and change. His clients have been from all sectors: business, tertiary, government and non-government organisations.

He brings an extensive experience in issues related to organisational change, discrimination, workplace injuries, occupational health and safety and the effective use of diverse personal styles. He has held a Ministerial appointment as a Conciliation Officer with the Victorian Accident Compensation Conciliation Service. David was also a member of Federal Attorney-General’s National Alternative Dispute Resolution Advisory Council (NADRAC).
