Julie Robb

About

Julie is an NMAS-accredited mediator and specialist commercial and intellectual property lawyer with over 30 years’ experience in dispute resolution.

For almost twenty years Julie managed the commercial litigation practice and pro bono programme at Sydney CBD boutique Banki Haddock Fiora, where she acted for individuals, private and public companies and not for profits in the manufacturing, tertiary education and cultural sectors; and was a member of the NSW Law Society Litigation Law and Practice Committee.

In 2023, Julie decided to re-focus her practice from representing clients in litigation in the Supreme and Federal Courts to assisting parties to resolve their conflicts by facilitated negotiation, a process that – unlike court proceedings – enables them to create bespoke solutions that address their circumstances and meet their interests efficiently and affordably. She is a member of the Law Society’s ADR Committee and a practitioner at The Olive Rooms
