Jack is a lawyer and experienced software architect with over 15 years experience building and managing medium to enterprise-level applications in disputes, law and as a consultant to government projects. He has experience building and managing projects combining user-generated and machine-augmented input as well as artificial intelligence for management and analysis of data.
Jack has been a consultant and advisor to multiple startups and worked closely with founders and managerial teams across languages and timezones. He has presented discussion papers about technology-augmented dispute and legal processes at conferences in Australia and at the University of New South Wales. Jack has worked closely with Resolve Advisors to implement technology to augment dispute system design for APRA AMCOS and the Australian Energy Regulator.
Jack is the co-founder, lead technology architect and designer for Elker. He is focused on developing technology that increases situational awareness and data availability around sensitive disputes, workplace conflict, bullying, harassment misunderstandings, staff management and consultancy feedback pathways. Technology and data-science in a dispute resolution context facilitates root-cause analysis which enables strategies to build effective and efficient organisations and environments.
