About

Jack is a lawyer and experienced software engineer with over 15 years experience building and managing medium to enterprise-level applications in legal and government sectors. He has experience building and managing projects combining user-generated and machine-augmented input as well as artificial intelligence for management and analysis of data.

Jack has been a consultant and advisor to multiple startups and worked closely with founders and managerial teams across languages and timezones. He has presented discussion papers about technology-augmented dispute and legal processes at conferences in Australia and at the University of New South Wales. Jack has worked closely with Resolve Advisors to implement technology to augment dispute system design for APRA AMCOS and the Australian Energy Regulator.

Jack is the lead technology and communications designer for Elker. He is focused on developing technology that increases situational awareness and data availability around sensitive disputes, workplace conflict, bullying, harassment misunderstandings, staff management and consultancy feedback pathways. Technology and data-science in a dispute resolution context facilitates root-cause analysis which enables strategies to build effective and efficient organisations and environments.

Jack holds a bachelors degree in Communications (UTS) and a Juris Doctor (UNSW). He speaks 10 languages, 4 human and 6 machine.
